In this pivotal role, you will directly impact project success and operational efficiency by identifying, allocating, and forecasting resources for proposals, bid defense meetings, and awarded clinical trials.Key ResponsibilitiesLead resource planning, allocation, and forecasting for a large portfolio of team membersIdentify and assign qualified team members for proposals, bid defense meetings, and awarded projectsMonitor resource demand and supply; develop monthly resourcing projection reportsEvaluate resource requirements and coordinate CV submissions with stakeholdersEnsure accuracy in resource management tools and reconcile planned vs. actual hoursCollaborate with senior leadership to influence resource-related decisionsRequired QualificationsExperience:Proven experience in resource planning within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment; clinical trial resource forecasting is a plusEducation:Bachelor's Degree (Health or Biological Sciences preferred)Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and resource management tools; hands-on experience with PLTR system is a big plusLanguages:Fluent in written and oral English (mandatory) + local languageRequired CapabilitiesExcellent analytical and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detailStrong understanding of clinical research platforms and resource planning processesStrong interpersonal and professional communication skillsProactive problem-solving and independent initiativeAbility to thrive in a matrix, virtual team environmentOriginally posted on Himalayas
