We are specifically looking for someone with **proven experience marketing health, wellness, supplement, dental, family, or consumer products to women and moms.** This is NOT an entry\-level position. WHAT WE NEED You must be highly skilled in: * **Meta/Facebook \& Instagram Ads** — campaign creation, targeting, testing, optimization and scaling * **Google Ads** — Search, Shopping/Performance Max where appropriate, keyword strategy and conversion optimization * **Compelling Copywriting** — especially copy that connects emotionally with **moms and families** * Creating powerful **hooks, headlines, stories and offers** that make people stop scrolling and pay attention * Developing concepts and scripts for **short\-form video ads** * Landing\-page and product\-page copy designed to turn visitors into customers * Testing creative, audiences and offers based on actual performance data * Taking successful campaigns and **scaling them profitably** WE WANT A STORYTELLER — NOT JUST AN AD BUYER Our products need more than someone who knows how to push buttons inside an advertising account.
