Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.What You Will DoPerform procurement actions utilizing integrated supply chain models in compliance with all FAR/DFARS regulatory and corporate requirements. Primary capabilities in procurement such as the following will be needed:Preparation of all manner of solicitations including RFQs, RFPs, and RFIPlace Purchase Orders of high dollar levels and procurement complexityPerform risk analysis and develop mitigation plans and solutions to problemsDevelop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations (Price, Delivery, Terms)Analyze quotations/proposals utilizing price/cost analysis techniquesManage Supplier Relationship, Development, and Performance Communicate clearly and be proactive in a very fast-paced environment. Be flexible, innovative, work with speed and agility yet be thorough and compliant with government and Raytheon regulations, while successfully driving tasks to completion. Monitor procurement reports and help drive performance to meet company metric targets. Ability to travel as required ​Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experience. Minimum 5 years’ experience with DoD procurement/subcontract compliance with Public Laws, Policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR), ITAR OR import/export requirements. Experience in written contractual authorization/vehicles (Firm Fixed Price, Cost Plus, T&M, etc.). U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
