If you're ready to use your skills to drive lasting change and help more people access the care they deserve, we’d love to meet you.JOB SUMMARY: The Group Quality Supervisor - Onboarding is a clinical leadership role focused on supporting Group Facilitators during their first 30 days in the role. Unlike traditional GQS roles that oversee ongoing performance across large rosters, this position is dedicated to ensuring new facilitators are fully prepared for success. Responsibilities include guiding facilitators through onboarding processes, reinforcing policies and procedures, clarifying performance expectations, and strengthening foundational clinical skills to ensure confidence, competence, and early role effectiveness.DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Serve as primary onboarding liaison and support resourceScore facilitator checkout sessions and identify development needsConduct session audits and provide structured clinical coachingFacilitate 1:1 performance feedback sessionsHost office hours and treatment team support spacesEnsure compliance readiness and workflow understandingSupport cohort placement and schedule ramp-upEvaluate facilitator competency using standardized rubricPrepare transition reports for long-term management teamsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Master’s degree in mental health or related field requiredLicensed mental health professional required Experience managing Independent Contractors requiredExperience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults required2 or more years experience in mental health treatment required Meets the qualifications of a QMHP Supervisor through the demonstrated competencies defined below requiredQMHP Supervisor Competencies: LeadershipCultural responsivenessOversight and evaluation of servicesStaff developmentAssessmentPerson-centered treatment planning, Case management and coordination, Utilization of community resources; Group, family, and individual therapy or counseling; Documentation and rationale for services to promote intended outcomesImplementation of all provider policies.Cultural responsivenessEffective communicationCare coordinationInter- and intra-agency collaborationWorking alliances with individualsSuicide and other risk assessments and interventionsCreating and monitoring safety plans, Completion of bio-psycho-social assessments and additional assessments, Updating assessments when clinical circumstances change, Generating a differential DSM-5-TR diagnosisPrioritizing health, wellness and recovery needsWriting measurable service objectivesCreating, monitoring and revising service plansDelivery of mental health and recovery treatment services in individual, group and family formats within their scopeGathering and recording data that measures progress toward the service objectivesDocumenting services, supports and other information supportive of the service planLICENSURE OR CERTIFICATES:Licensed mental health professional Required To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
