As a Senior Product Designer, you'll shape how veterinary professionals experience Instinct's platform every day. You'll partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to turn user needs and product strategy into workflows and interfaces that are intuitive, scalable, and grounded in how veterinary teams actually work.What You'll Do 🛠️Lead design for complex features and workflows across the platformTranslate user research and product requirements into flows, layouts, and end-to-end experiencesPartner with PMs and Engineers from early discovery through to shipped productAdvocate for user-centered design practices across the teamContribute to and help evolve our design system and standardsCreate sketches, wireframes, prototypes, interactive demos, and comprehensive drafts to support the shaping of feature requirements, using Figma or similar design and prototyping toolsEvolve and protect the software’s visual languageDefine the user experience for a variety of flowsAnalyze the current product, working requirements, and user stories to identify pain points and find iterative solutionsCommunicate effectively with the product team and contribute with shaping feature requirementsWho You Are 🐱‍💻Must Haves:4+ years of SaaS based product design work, preferably in the healthcare tech spaceDesign portfolio to share with us. Please include a link in the "website, blog or portfolio" section of the job applicationPrior demonstrated experience collaborating with other SaaS product team members (Engineers, PMs, etc.)Ability to balance multiple priorities and goals without a compromise for qualityExpertise of design methodologies in user research and testingStrong knowledge of design systems, libraries, and style guidesOpen to critical feedback and committed to collaborative work with internal and external stakeholdersExperience and focus around iteration and innovationExpert level aptitude with Figma, or similar productHow Instinct will Care about YOU 🌞We offer a supportive and caring work environment.We are transparent, open, honest, and empathic, both internally and externally.We pay our team well.
