Inside Sales Representative

**Position:** Inside Sales Representative **Industry:** Medical Aesthetics **Location:** Remote **Type:** Full\-time, Independent Contractor (Multiple Openings) **About the Role** Responsibilities center on contacting warm, inbound leads—individuals who have clicked on one of our ads on Facebook/Instagram, filled out a form, or inquired about treatments or events that we host—and converting them into booked and attended consultations or event attendees. The position has growth opportunities including team lead for top performers. **Key Responsibilities** · **High\-Volume Outbound Calling** o Consistently make 50–100 outbound calls per day. Contacting inbound leads within 5 minutes of their form submission (speed\-to\-lead priority). o Respond immediately to new Facebook and Instagram inquiries. o Cycle through older, uncontacted leads after managing fresh leads. · **Appointment Booking** o Book qualified consultations or those wanting to attend one our events, targeting 40\+ booked appointments monthly. o Answer patient treatment questions with confidence and address objections warmly. · **Lead \& Pipeline Management** o Work exclusively company\-generated leads with no cold prospecting required. o Prioritize leads by recency and engagement level and reactivate dormant leads. o Adhere to structured call scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone. o Track and report daily Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) (dials, contacts, appointments booked) using GoHighLevel (GHL). **Treatments Covered** Candidates will discuss treatments including but not limited to microchannelling, Red Light Therapy, CryoSkin Face and Body treatments, Facials, HydraFacial, Chemical Peels, Skin Tightening, Cellulite Reduction, Fat Loss. **Compensation \& Benefits** · **Base Salary:** $10\.00 per hour. · **Commission Incentives:** · $10 for each lead who booked themselves, pay a deposit on the phone with you and show up to their appointment. · $20 for each lead who didn't book a call but pay a deposit after you followed up with them and show up to their appointment. · **Training \& Resources:** Paid training provided, 100% company\-generated leads provided. · **Career Growth:** Path to team lead as the leads our ads generate expands. **Schedule \& Working Hours** · **Core Hours:** 40 hours per week. 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST) Monday thru Friday. · **Weekend Coverage:** Weekend coverage may become available in the future for approximately 4 hours on Saturday and 4 hours on Sunday.
