We install premium whole\-home water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, whole\-home filtration systems, and salt\-free systems. We are looking for a **top 10% appointment setter** who knows how to fill a sales calendar. If you've consistently booked in\-home appointments for roofing, HVAC, windows, solar, pest control, plumbing, water treatment, or another home improvement company, we want to talk to you. If your background is customer service, virtual assistant work, or general call center support, this is probably not the right fit. Your Mission Your only objective is to generate qualified in\-home appointments for our sales consultants. You'll be calling homeowners who have: * Requested information online * Asked for pricing * Received an estimate * Become new homeowners * Previously contacted our company * Been referred by existing customers You are not responsible for installing systems or closing sales. Your job is to get qualified homeowners to commit to an appointment. Daily Responsibilities * Make 100\-150 outbound calls each day. * Follow up with new internet leads immediately. * Re\-engage older leads and previous estimates. * Handle objections confidently. * Schedule qualified in\-home appointments. * Confirm appointments to reduce cancellations and no\-shows. * Maintain accurate notes inside GoHighLevel. * Work closely with the sales team to maximize show rates. Minimum Requirements * Minimum 3 years of appointment setting experience. * Home improvement industry experience required (HVAC, roofing, solar, plumbing, windows, pest control, water treatment, foundation repair, etc.). * Proven history of booking in\-home appointments. * Excellent objection\-handling skills. * Professional American English with outstanding phone presence. * Comfortable making 100\+ outbound calls daily. * Self\-motivated and competitive. * Reliable internet and quiet home office. Performance Expectations Every week you should consistently produce: * 500\+ outbound calls. * 10\-20 qualified in\-home appointments. * 70%\+ appointment show rate. * Accurate CRM documentation.
