This role is ideal for marketers who can develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement, build brand authority, and support measurable growth.Projects may include building content strategies from the ground up, scaling existing programs, or supporting specific campaigns across channels. Contract engagements typically range from 10–40 hours per week.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute content marketing strategies aligned to business and growth goalsCreate and manage editorial calendars across multiple channels (blog, email, social, etc.)Produce and/or oversee high-quality content including articles, guides, case studies, and campaignsOptimize content for performance, including engagement, conversion, and search visibilityAnalyze content performance and iterate based on data and insightsSupport brand storytelling and messaging across customer touchpointsIdentify opportunities to scale content production and distributionRequirementsStrong foundation in content marketing across B2C, B2B, and/or D2C environmentsExperience building and scaling content programsAbility to balance creative storytelling with performance-driven outcomesFamiliarity with SEO principles and content optimization best practicesExperience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and creative teamsStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent writing, editing, and communication skillsNice to HaveExperience with content distribution strategies (e.g., paid, social, partnerships)Familiarity with marketing analytics and content performance toolsExperience in high-growth startup environmentsExperience supporting both strategic planning and hands-on executionOriginally posted on Himalayas
