You are eager to continue growing your engineering expertise while contributing to successful customer outcomes.About This RoleAs a Mid-Level Network Engineer within our Delivery Services team, you will support the implementation, deployment, migration, and operational support of enterprise networking solutions across a variety of customer environments.This role is highly collaborative and delivery-focused, requiring strong technical capabilities, operational maturity, and the ability to work effectively within project teams. You will participate in customer implementations, staging activities, maintenance windows, and technical troubleshooting while continuing to develop toward independent delivery ownership.This position directly impacts customer success, project execution quality, and service delivery excellence. You will help customers modernize and maintain critical infrastructure environments while supporting scalable, reliable networking solutions.Other Responsibilities Include:Assist with and eventually independently execute deployment of enterprise network infrastructure solutionsConfigure and support routing, switching, wireless, firewall, and VPN technologiesParticipate in network migrations, hardware refreshes, and infrastructure modernization projectsSupport staging, validation, and testing of customer solutions prior to production deploymentParticipate in after-hours maintenance windows and production cutovers as requiredTroubleshoot network connectivity, routing, switching, wireless, and security-related issuesSupport escalation activities during project implementations and customer incidentsPerform root cause analysis and assist with remediation planningWork collaboratively with senior engineers, project managers, and technical leadsCreate and maintain implementation documentation, diagrams, and operational proceduresSupport continuous improvement of delivery standards, deployment processes, and operational workflowsDesired Skills and Experience:3+ years of hands-on network engineering or infrastructure support experienceExperience supporting enterprise networking environmentsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsSolid understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking conceptsFamiliarity with routing and switching technologiesExperience supporting wireless networking environmentsExposure to firewall and VPN technologiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to participate in after-hours implementation and maintenance activitiesExperience with Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Juniper, or similar technologies preferredFamiliarity with cloud networking and identity platforms (Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, etc.) preferredExposure to virtualization technologies such as VMware preferredExperience working in Professional Services, Managed Services, or customer delivery environments preferredIndustry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, NSE, Aruba, or equivalent preferredTechnical Skills (Preferred)Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP)VLANs, STP, DHCP, DNSVPN technologies and MFA solutionsFirewall policy configurationWireless deployment and troubleshootingNetwork monitoring and management platformsMicrosoft infrastructure servicesNetwork documentation and diagrammingWe Live and Breathe Our Core Values:We Before Me: We demonstrate empathy through our actions and solicit diverse voices and opinions.
