As our Freight Data Validator, you'll use our groundbreaking tech to handle more customers, meet greater challenges, and stretch your capabilities - all with a fraction of the effort.Job DescriptionRates Management:Manage the Entry of Rates from carriers and suppliers that will be provided to customers.Quotation Management:Prepare and manage complex quotations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client needs.Client Communication and Relationship Building:Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, providing timely updates and ensuring customer satisfaction.Contract Management:Oversee the management of contracts with carriers, ensuring all terms are met and renegotiating as necessary to reflect market changes.QualificationsExperience working in freight forwarding, shipping line, or brokerage firms, either locally or internationallyFamiliar with shipping documents (BOLs, AWBs, PKLs, invoices, etc.)Detail-oriented with experience in data entry and data validation tasksComfortable with modern software, technology, and computer systemsFamiliarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS), especially Cargowise or MagayaGraduate of Customs Administration or similar degree programLicensed customs brokerAbility to effectively communicate ideas clearly and concisely in English, both in speaking and writing (C1)Client management experience is a plusRemote Work Technical RequirementsMust be able to provide and support their own computer hardware, software, and internet.
