**Director of Sales — Remote Team Builder** Main Clinic Supply \| Rochester, MN (Remote) \| Full\-Time or Consulting Sprint We generate a high volume of qualified inbound leads every single day. Patients and families are already calling us, already ready to buy. The gap isn't demand. It's execution. We're looking for someone who has built remote sales teams before, not managed one that was handed to them. Someone who knows what a broken process looks like, knows how to fix it, and has the track record to prove it. If that's you, keep reading. **What This Role Is** You will own the entire sales organization. Hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, accountability, compensation design, and revenue. Direct access to ownership. No committee. No politics. You build it, you run it. Current team is roughly 10 reps. Goal is 30\-40\. Revenue target: $60M. The products are FDA\-cleared portable oxygen concentrators, $2,000\-$4,000\+ per unit, sold consultatively to patients and their families. High\-ticket. High\-stakes. High\-reward. **What You'll Do in the First 90 Days** Hire A\-players. Coachable, hungry, high work ethic. You'll personally recruit, interview, and select. No rubber\-stamping resumes. Build the playbook. Scripts, objection handlers, qualification process, closing sequences, all of it documented and replicable. Tailored to this product, this patient, this sale. Install the training system. Daily huddles with live role\-play. Weekly call reviews. Certification programs. Immersive onboarding so a new rep isn't guessing on week one. Hormozi\-style repetition until the behaviors are automatic. Set the scoreboard. KPIs, dashboards, leaderboards, contests. Close rate, calls per day, average deal size, ramp time. You'll track them, report them, and hold the team to them. Manage the people. 1:1s, performance reviews, promotions, and fast exits when needed. Build a culture where top performers stay, develop, and eventually teach. Own the number. Your improvements in close rate on existing lead volume directly translate into revenue. You'll identify the bottlenecks and iterate weekly until the machine runs. **The Hybrid Option** If you prefer a defined engagement, we're open to a 3\-6 month consulting sprint. Come in, design and install the full system (playbook, training academy, hiring funnel, KPI framework), and either transition into the Director role or hand off to an internal leader you help us hire. We're flexible on structure for the right person. **What You Need to Have Done Before** Scaled a remote sales team 3x or more, from 10 to 30\+ reps, in high\-ticket ($1k\-$5k\+) or medical/DME sales. Built sales systems from scratch. Not inherited them. Built them. Managed complex, consultative sales to seniors, patients, or families. Medicare knowledge and insurance fluency are a strong plus. Run training programs with real rigor. Role\-play drills. Call dissection. Onboarding that actually produces confident reps in week two
