By living according to a common set of values, we create a culture that unifies, embraces the uniqueness we all bring to the company, and positions Integer for long-term success.At Integer, our values are embedded in everything we do.Customer We focus on our customers’ successInnovation We create better solutionsCollaboration We create success togetherInclusion We always interact with others respectfullyCandor We are open and honest with one anotherIntegrity We do the right things and do things rightKey ResponsibilitiesProject Financial Management & Reporting Support project financial planning, tracking, forecasting, variance analysis and portfolio financial reporting. • Resource Time Tracking & Capacity Support Support resource time tracking processes, utilization reporting, and data accuracy audits. • PMO Operations & GovernancePrepare PMO meeting materials, maintain action logs, and support portfolio governance activities. • Process Compliance & Audits Audit project artifacts and data for PMO compliance and support audit readiness activities. • Templates & Continuous Improvement Maintain and improve PMO templates, tools, and standards. • Smartsheet Administration Serve as PMO Smartsheet Administrator, supporting project setup, templates, dashboards, and portfolio reporting.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 2–4 years of experience in IT, PMO, project coordination, or financial analysis roles • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Strong accounting and financial management skills • Working knowledge of project management methodologies • Familiarity with SmartsheetExcellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting a PMO or portfolio management function • Experience in regulated environmentsSmartsheet user or administration experience Key CompetenciesSelf‑starter with proactive mindset • Detail‑oriented and highly organizedAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills Our total rewards program is designed to attract, retain, and motivate associates to contribute to Integer’s success.
