Together, we can build a future where every person with cancer feels truly cared for, in every moment that matters.WHAT YOU’LL DOWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Commercial Operations Specialist tosupport and grow relationships with a select group of Thyme Care’s most strategic oncologyprovider partners. This role sits at the intersection of operations and commercial strategy,helping to execute in-clinic pilots, support day-to-day partner operations, and deepenengagement across key accounts.This individual will play a critical role in ensuring successful implementation of initiatives, drivingpartner satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand and strengthen our partnerships.Support the execution of in-clinic pilots and interventions with strategic oncology partnersProvide ongoing operational support to ensure seamless collaboration between Thyme Care and provider teamsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders within partner organizationsServe as a day-to-day point of contact for select accounts, ensuring responsiveness and alignmentIdentify opportunities to enhance partner engagement and expand collaborationTrack, manage, and report on key initiatives, timelines, and outcomesCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (clinical, operations, growth, and product) to support partner needsHelp translate insights from the field into actionable recommendations for scaling programsSupport all Commercial JV efforts operationally, ensuring alignment, coordination, and execution across joint initiativesWHAT YOU’VE DONE3–7+ years of experience in healthcare, consulting, operations, or a related fieldStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsDemonstrated commercial acumen and ability to work with external partnersUnderstanding of Value-Based Care models and healthcare delivery systemsAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environmentWillingness to travel periodically (TX, TN, FL)Preferred QualificationsExperience working with oncology practices, health systems, or provider organizationsExposure to care delivery models, population health, or payer-provider collaborationsComfort working in both strategic and execution-oriented rolesWHAT LEADS TO SUCCESSAct with our partners and members in mind.
