You will leverage your growing expertise to drive client success through effective campaign management, performance tracking, and collaboration with internal teams.Key Responsibilities:Client-Centric:Build, drive, and optimize successful(i.e. Amazon, Walmart, Criteo) marketing campaigns within your specialty and channel (e.g., DSP, Search on Amazon, Walmart, Criteo) to meet and exceed client goals, measured by campaign performance metrics such as conversion rates and ROI.Foster rapport with clients through weekly interactions via phone, email, and in-person meetings (as needed), striving for a Client Satisfaction score of 9 or above and Client Retention of 95% or above.Product-Led::Integrate Tinuiti’s product and technology suite into campaign activations, focusing on achieving key client metrics and channel-specific success.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of relevant commerce media platforms applicable to your book of business, proactively educating clients on program updates and benefits.Maintain annual certifications for relevant commerce media platforms, ensuring expertise and compliance.Data & Measurement Data-Driven:Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights and support optimization efforts, using analytics tools to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.Communicate holistic strategy behind your clients’ KPIs by interpreting trends and leveraging cross-channel data/insights within your purview.Channel Specific Expertise & The Tinuiti Way:Proactively assess and diagnose opportunities for improvement, implementing changes to achieve growth, retention, and profitability targets for your clients.Identify new marketing opportunities and ways to repurpose existing strategies to optimize brand awareness and drive sales volume across commerce media platforms.Demonstrate thought leadership within your vertical/channel and the broader commerce media landscape, contributing insights internally and externally.Owner Mindset:Effectively prioritize and manage time across clients, partner relationships, and internal initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and objectives.Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by experimenting with new strategies and tools, measured by the implementation of innovative solutions and client feedback.Ways of working and valuesGreatness attracts Greatness: Seek feedback, hone craft, embrace new tools and AI.Clients grow, we grow: Lead with precision, innovation, and proof.Culture of ownership: Act with speed, reduce waste, and own outcomes end‑to‑end.Professional & Technical Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in commerce media roles with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns with monthly budgets of $70k+.Familiarity with commerce media platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Criteo, etc. preferred.Familiarity with tools such as Skai, Helium10, Pacvue, and Analytic Index preferred.The hiring salary range for this role is $70,000 - $80,000. We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable revenue payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus.Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, parity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
