Job Title: Associate Consultant - R&D AdvisoryJob Location: Remote, United KingdomJob Location Type: On-siteJob Contract Type: Full-timeJob Seniority Level: DescriptionYou are the first to roll up your sleeves and work with relentless energy until you solve the unsolvable, beat the unbeatable and come out on top.In this role, you’ll join the R&D Advisory Group within Syneos Health Consulting where you will help make life science R&D organisations and operations more efficient and effective across research, clinical, regulatory, quality and pharmacovigilance. As an R&D Associate Consultant, you’ll help organisations in times of change whether that’s a change in operating model, strategy, processes, technology, or a combination of these. You will:Work with senior customer stakeholders to comprehend the customer’s business goals, processes, operations, and expectationsClearly define opportunities to deliver value to the customer by executing management consulting projectsDevelop customer proposals, demonstrating a clear understanding of the needs and objectives, approach and solution, plus the commercial construct to deliver projectsDevelop engagement strategies and present findings and recommendations to team membersPlan and lead the execution of project engagementsConduct quality management oversight of project deliverablesDevelop content to leverage in business development opportunities with prospective customersActively build a network of potential customers by utilising social media, attending seminars and conferences, and through referralsEssential Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or businessConsulting management experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting, or equivalent industryExperience working in one or more R&D operational roles either in industry or consultingEngagement management experienceStrong presentation and business development skillsDesired Requirements:Master’s degree in life sciences or businessAt Syneos Health, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
