Now, were expanding our team and looking for an Account Manager to drive email marketing success by crafting impactful copy and executing strategic campaigns that engage, convert, and retain customers.Key Responsibilities:Analysis and ResearchConduct in-depth brand research to understand the clients voice, products, and goalsAnalyze competitors' email strategies to identify opportunities for improvementLeverage product insights to craft effective and persuasive email copyStrategic Planning & ExecutionDevelop and implement data-driven email marketing strategies aligned with client objectivesAnalyze email performance metrics regularly and provide actionable insights for improvementCreate campaign calendars 45-60 days in advance, incorporating engaging offers and innovative campaignsCampaign and Flow ManagementMap customer journeys to create intentional, high-converting email flowsEnsure all content aligns with the customer journey and maximizes conversionsCollaboration and RevisionsIncorporate feedback promptly, with revisions completed within 24 hoursWork closely with internal teams and clients to ensure email strategies deliver resultsCopywriting: - Write compelling, brand-aligned email copy for scheduled campaigns and automated flowsCompetencies (Skills & Traits):Client communication: communicating with clients daily and maintaining strong relationships with themCopywriting: Expert in creating persuasive, concise email copy and doing QAProficient in leveraging Klaviyo for advanced email marketingStrong ability to segment and target audiences effectivelyExperience improving open rates, click-through rates, and conversionsAbility to interpret campaign metrics and improve performanceSkilled in crafting unique, attention-grabbing email contentHighly organized, meeting deadlines while managing multiple clients (6-7)Familiar with tools like Klaviyo, ClickUp, Slack, and FigmaIdeal Qualities:Passionate about innovation and exploring new marketing strategiesProactive, deadline-driven, and able to work independentlyStrong critical thinker and data-driven decision-makerTeam-oriented with a collaborative mindsetAbility to respond to client needs during weekends if requiredMetrics for Success:Maintain high open and click-through rates to drive engagementEnsure email revenue contributes above 30% of total salesDeliver positive client feedback through effective communication and resultsPlan campaigns at least 2 weeks ahead, allowing 48 hours for client review and keeping the content calendar 2-4 weeks aheadEnsure all email campaigns and projects are delivered on time with consistent weekly team and peer reviews to address bottlenecksEfficiently handle 6-7 clients, providing responses within 3 hours during online working hoursOur Offer:Full-time and fully remote opportunityWorking hours: flexible with availability between 9 AM - 5 PM CST (Monday to Friday)Compensation: $3000-$3500Freelance contract (you're responsible for your own taxes)Recruitment ProcessInitial interview with Zabota teamInterview with the clientSecond interview and/or test task (if required)A final decision and official offer*Only CVs in English will be accepted.
