A background in biology, plant protection, and business is essential, with additional value placed on experience in knowledge transfer and application technologies.The RTM must combine expertise in crop protection and regulatory requirements with strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.This position reports to a Development Team Lead within the EMEA Development organization.Location: Europe RemoteMain ResponsibilitiesCoordinate regional/subregional field development programs (biology plans, protocols, trials, data analysis, and reporting)Define field trials program objectives and translate results into clear summaries and presentationsAdvise the business on portfolio strategy using technical expertise and field data insightsCollaborate with regional teams, agronomists, and external partners (e.g. research institutes, Universities) to ensure strong, market-relevant product positioningWork with regulatory and data teams to deliver high-quality datasets for decision-making and product registrationDrive knowledge transfer to technical marketing and service teams; monitor competitor developments to identify differentiation opportunitiesTrack and communicate relevant competitors technology developments, identify and champion potential opportunities to differentiate FMC’s portfolio and provide value to our customer Mandatory RequirementsMaster’s degree in agriculture (or similar) with at least 5 years’ experience in the agricultural sectorStrong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and budget managementProven expertise in crop management, field trials, experimental design, and data analysisGood understanding of EU BAD requirements with experience in generating BAD-compliant dataSolid knowledge of crop protection, crop management practices, and emerging technologiesWillingness to travel frequently across Europe during peak season for field trials visitsFluent in English (written and spoken) Originally posted on Himalayas
