Bilingual Intake Specialist

We are a personal injury law firm dedicated to delivering compassionate and effective legal services to individuals injured in auto accidents, slip\-and\-fall incidents, and other personal injury matters. We are currently seeking a detail\-oriented and empathetic remote **Virtual Assistant** to join our growing team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct welcome calls to new clients, confirming and documenting initial claim information. * Open and process new personal injury claims, including auto accident and slip\-and\-fall cases. * Draft and send **spoliation letters** to businesses and insurance companies to preserve critical evidence. * Prepare and issue **letters of representation** to insurance adjusters on behalf of clients. * Collect and organize supporting documentation relevant to each claim. * Maintain accurate and timely records in the firm’s case management system. **Qualifications:** * Prior experience in a personal injury law firm or legal intake role is strongly preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional phone manner. * Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive client information with discretion. * Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures related to personal injury law. * Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast\-paced environment. * **Bilingual Spanish** **Benefits:** * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid sick time * Paid time off * Referral program * Vision insurance * Work from home **EEO/E\-Verify** The Law Office of Matthew C.
