Collaborative Physician - Licensed in California

**Job Summary** A growing telehealth organization is seeking a part\-time **Collaborative Physician** to supervise a team of advanced practice providers delivering virtual care to a geriatric population in California. This is a fully remote role with minimal time commitment, ideal for physicians with experience in internal medicine, family medicine, geriatrics, or hospital medicine. The role includes collaboration and oversight duties only—no direct patient care is required. We are looking for a collaborative physician with no active NP collaborations in California, who has capacity to take on collaborations with 4 NPs. **Responsibilities** * Maintain a compliant **collaborative practice agreement** with nurse practitioners and physician assistants practicing in California * Provide supervision through **chart reviews** and scheduled **virtual meetings** * Be accessible to APPs for consultation and clinical support as needed * Ensure adherence to **state regulatory requirements**, especially regarding prescribing and oversight * Support a team of NPs, must have capacity to take on at least 4 collaborations in California **Skills \& Qualifications** * MD or DO with an active, unrestricted California **medical license** * Board certification in **Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine** * Active California **DEA registration** * Prior experience supervising or collaborating with advanced practice providers preferred * Knowledge of California scope of practice laws for NPs and PAs preferred * Strong communication and professional collaboration skills * Comfortable working in a **fully remote environment** **Start Date:** ASAP **Application Instructions:** Submit your CV and a brief statement of interest outlining your experience and availability.
