This role combines technical leadership, product thinking, and software engineering expertise. The ideal candidate is a senior engineer who can partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and business stakeholders to understand complex business challenges, evaluate solution options, define technical approaches, and lead development efforts from concept through deployment. The Lead Product Engineer serves as a technical leader within the team, helping shape product direction, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, maintainable, and high-quality solutions. This role requires strong expertise in PHP, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and TypeScript, along with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and technical designs.
