Job SummaryPlutus21 is looking for a freelance videographer to support the firm's growing content and employer branding output across both Plutus21 Capital and Plutus21 Partners.This is a remote, project-based engagement. The right candidate is self-sufficient, comes fully equipped, and can translate a brief into clean, professional video content with minimal back and forth. You will work closely with the HR and marketing teams across a range of content types spanning team culture, employer branding, and firm communications.ResponsibilitiesProduce and edit video content aligned to briefs provided by the HR and marketing teamsHandle all aspects of production independently from shoot through to final deliveryDeliver content in the formats and specifications required, incorporating revisions within agreed timelinesMaintain consistency with Plutus21's visual identity and brand standards across all produced contentManage your own production schedule and communicate proactively on progress and delivery statusOrganize and archive final deliverables in a format accessible to the internal teamQualificationsDemonstrated portfolio of professional video work — links or files must be submitted with applicationFully equipped with your own professional-grade camera, audio, lighting, and editing setupProficient in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalentAble to interpret a creative brief and execute independently without requiring extensive creative directionReliable communicator with a consistent record of meeting deadlines on freelance engagementsPrior experience producing content for professional services, corporate, or B2B brands is preferredOriginally posted on Himalayas
