Open up opportunities with HPE. **Job Description:** **Senior Presales, System Engineer** Location (Remote): VA, MD, DC, NC \& SC HPE Networking is a leading provider of AI\-driven, next\-generation networking solutions that help organizations modernize infrastructure, improve user experiences, and securely connect people, applications, and data. We are seeking a **Senior Presales Systems Engineer** to support our **Federal Civilian Agency** customers. This customer\-facing role is ideal for a technical leader who enjoys partnering with customers to solve complex networking challenges and delivering innovative solutions that align with mission objectives. As a trusted technical advisor, you will work closely with Account Managers throughout the sales cycle—from discovery and solution design to technical presentations, Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and successful deal closure. You'll leverage your expertise in enterprise networking to design scalable architectures and demonstrate the business value of HPE Networking solutions. **What You'll Do** * Serve as the primary pre\-sales technical advisor for assigned Federal Civilian Agency accounts. * Partner with Account Managers to identify, qualify, and advance sales opportunities. * Lead customer discovery sessions and translate business and technical requirements into scalable solution architectures and technology roadmaps. * Design and present enterprise networking solutions across campus, branch, WAN, wireless, security, network access control (NAC), automation, and cloud\-managed environments. * Develop and deliver technical proposals, presentations, workshops, demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs). * Position HPE Networking solutions against competitive offerings by articulating technical differentiation and business value. * Collaborate with engineering, product management, services, and channel partners to deliver successful customer outcomes. * Build trusted relationships with customer engineers, architects, IT leaders, and executive stakeholders. * Stay current on networking technologies, market trends, and competitive solutions. * Travel regular
