About the Role:
73 Strings is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Marketing Operations Analyst and help build our marketing operations function. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who is eager to work across marketing systems, data, campaign execution, and cross-functional coordination at a fast-growing fintech company serving the global private capital markets industry.You will work closely with the marketing and revenue operations team to keep our marketing engine running efficiently — managing data quality, supporting campaign and ABM execution, coordinating with our BDR team, and helping us make sense of our pipeline data.The ideal candidate demonstrates proficiency in leveraging AI tools to automate workflows and optimize daily output. What You’ll DoMarketing Automation & Campaign SupportSupport the build and maintenance of HubSpot workflows for email marketing, lead nurturing, and lead scoringAssist in setting up and QA-ing marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring accurate targeting, tracking, and follow-throughHelp scale campaigns across different markets while maintaining personalization and relevanceMonitor campaign performance and flag issues or optimization opportunities to the teamBDR Coordination & Lead RoutingAct as the operational link between marketing and the BDR team — ensuring leads generated from campaigns are routed correctly and followed up on promptlySet up and maintain lead routing rules and assignment workflows in HubSpotMonitor lead flow and flag any gaps, delays, or data quality issues that could impact BDR outreachSupport BDR onboarding on marketing tools and processes, including how to use sequences, track engagement, and log activity in HubSpotCollaborate with BDRs and RevOps to align on MQL definitions, qualification criteria, and handoff processesEvents & Conference SupportSupport the planning and operational execution of industry events, conferences, and webinars that 73 Strings attends or hostsHelp manage pre-event logistics including registration tracking, attendee list management, and HubSpot campaign setup for event follow-upCoordinate post-event workflows — uploading contact lists, triggering nurture sequences, and tracking event-sourced pipeline in HubSpotTrack event ROI by monitoring pipeline and meetings generated from event participationCross-Functional PartnershipServe as a reliable operational partner to Sales, RevOps, and Finance — supporting shared data, reporting, and process alignmentCoordinate with RevOps to ensure HubSpot data flows correctly between marketing and sales pipelines, and that attribution is captured accuratelySupport Finance with marketing budget tracking and spend reportingWork with the Sales team to ensure marketing materials, sequences, and campaign assets are up to date and accessible in the right toolsParticipate in weekly pipeline and forecast reviews, contributing marketing-sourced pipeline data and campaign contextData Management & HygieneOwn day-to-day data quality and governance for marketing activities in HubSpotRun regular data audits and cleanup processes to ensure contact, company, and deal data is accurate and completeReporting & AnalyticsBuild and maintain dashboards and reports tracking campaign performance, lead generation, and pipeline contributionSupport weekly pipeline reporting and contribute to board-level marketing metricsHelp implement and maintain attribution tracking so we understand what channels and campaigns are driving resultsProcess & Project SupportHelp document and improve marketing workflows, campaign processes, and post-mortem frameworksSupport the evaluation and onboarding of new marketing tools and integrations as the stack evolvesAbout YouExperience3+ years of experience in marketing operationsHands-on experience with HubSpot or another marketing automation platform (HubSpot strongly preferred)Exposure to B2B SaaS or fintech environments is a plusExperience supporting BDR or sales teams operationally is a plusSkills & MindsetStrong attention to detail and genuine care for data qualityComfo
