**Hera Fertility** Virtual Nurse Practitioner – Clinical Support Remote, part\-time (British Columbia) **Role Description:** Are you interested in supporting the future of male fertility and men’s health? Hera Fertility is seeking a BC licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) to deliver virtual clinical support across our programs. This remote position involves reviewing patient profiles, signing lab requisitions, and collaborating with our clinical operations team to ensure timely and compliant testing workflows. This is an exciting opportunity to join an early\-stage, mission\-driven team building intelligent infrastructure for fertility clinics and men’s health programs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review patient and program profiles and sign lab requisitions (LifeLabs and other partner labs). * Order testing panels including semen analysis, bloodwork, infectious disease, carrier screening, and other clinical tests. * Support clinical documentation and requisition workflows. * Collaborate asynchronously with our clinical operations team. * Identify cases requiring escalation and coordinate with supervising physicians as needed. **Remuneration and Work Expectations:** * $65–75 per hour, commensurate with experience * \~5–10 hours/month to start, with potential to grow * Flexible hours and async workflow **Qualifications:** * Active registration and good standing with BCCNM. * Current MSP practitioner number. * Comfortable working in a virtual, async environment. * Experience with reproductive health or men’s health is a plus but not required. **About Hera Fertility:** Hera is an AI\-powered platform focused on male fertility and men’s health, working with fertility clinics, health programs, and partners across North America.
