Job Description

Summary We are hiring a **Customer Service Representative – 2nd Shift** to support customers during afternoon and evening business hours. This entry\-level opportunity is ideal for dependable individuals who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a professional office environment. No previous customer service experience is required—paid training is provided. As part of our customer support team, you will assist customers by phone, email, and internal communication systems while ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism and accuracy. Responsibilities * Respond to customer questions by phone and email. * Resolve routine service requests and provide accurate information. * Enter customer details and update account records. * Process orders, requests, and account changes. * Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. * Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions. * Follow company policies and quality standards. * Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members. * Meet attendance, productivity, and customer service expectations. Qualifications * High school diploma or GED preferred. * No previous experience required. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Basic computer and typing skills. * Ability to remain professional in a fast\-paced environment. * Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills. * Reliable attendance and willingness to work 2nd Shift. * Authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications * Previous experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or customer support. * Experience using Microsoft Office or customer management software.
