**Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This is a 100% in office position, no remote work will be allowed or approved.

**Responsibilities**
* Manage daily office operations, including overseeing supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure a productive work environment
* Handle multi\-line phone systems with professionalism, providing outstanding customer support and directing calls accurately
* Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and spreadsheets using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
* Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating events efficiently
* Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices
* Provide front desk support by greeting visitors, managing client communication, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
* Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, word processing, and managing correspondence with attention to detail
* Assist operations manager and owner with different projects throughout the office.
**Experience**
* Proven office management or administrative experience in a professional setting
* Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, Monday, CRM, Connectstream and SOS and data entry tools
* Experience working with multi\-line phone systems and handling phone etiquette professionally
* Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse client needs effectively
* Familiarity with bookkeeping software like QuickBooks and basic accounting procedures is preferred
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
* Previous roles such as medical receptionist or dental receptionist are advantageous but not required; experience in personal assistance or customer support roles is also beneficial
