Solution DeliveryDesign and develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Sales Cloud (case management, omni-channel, entitlements/SLAs, knowledge, CTI, service processes, sales processes, lead-to-cash)Implement high-quality Apex (classes, triggers, batch, queueable), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations using platform APIs and best practicesConfigure declarative capabilities (Flows, Omni-Channel, Digital Engagement, Knowledge, Entitlements, Lead/Opportunity Management, Forecasting, Territory Management)Build scalable data models and sharing strategies, ensuring performance, security, and maintainabilityIntegrations & DataDesign and implement integrations (REST, Platform Events, MuleSoft/ESB, External Services) and data synchronization strategiesCollaborate on data quality, deduplication, and migration initiatives (Apex, Data Loader, APIs)DevOps & QualityDeliver via source-driven development (Git), scratch orgs, and automated pipelinesWrite robust unit and integration tests with meaningful assertions; maintain high coverage for new/changed codePerform code reviews, troubleshooting complex defects, and optimize performance5+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience, focused on Service Cloud and Sales CloudExpertise in Apex (triggers, queueable, batch), Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and platform security/sharingStrong experience building Flows and using declarative automation alongside codeDemonstrated ability designing scalable solutions that respect governor limits and follow enterprise patternsSolid understanding of data model design, role hierarchies, sharing rules, FLS, permission sets, and transaction controlIntegration experience with REST APIs, Platform Events, and middleware (MuleSoft) and handling callouts securelyProficiency with Git-based workflows and CI/CD for Salesforce (Azure DevOps/GitHub pipelines, sf CLI)Strong testing discipline: test data factories, mocking, isolation, and meaningful assertions.Knowledge, Entitlements/SLAs, Omni-Channel, Digital Engagement, CTI/TelephonyTerritory Management, Forecasting, CPQ or quoting processesExperience Cloud, Live Chat/Messaging, and case deflectionStatic code analysis (PMD, Sonar), test frameworks, and performance tuningEnterprise patterns (fflib), dependency injection, layered architecturesSalesforce certifications: Platform Developer I (required) and II (strongly preferred)Full access to foreign language learning platformPersonalized access to tech learning platformsTailored workshops and training to sustain your growthMedical insuranceMeal ticketsMonthly budget to allocate on flexible benefit platformAccess to 7 Card servicesWellbeing activities and gatheringsAbout InetumInetum is a European leader in digital services.
