This role ensures that infrastructure capabilities: including Azure, Active Directory, Servers, Virtualization, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, patching/monitoring, identity & access management (IAM), monitoring, and end-user technologies are scalable, resilient, and aligned with business and digital transformation priorities.As a key member of the IT leadership team, this position partners closely with the CIO to modernize the technology landscape, optimize operations, and enable innovation through reliable, high-performing infrastructure. This role drives the adoption of cloud and automation, establishes global standards, and ensures consistent service delivery across all regions.The leader is accountable for infrastructure performance, availability, cost efficiency, and resilience, while embedding security and compliance requirements into all environments.
