Our mission is to turn a potential user into a Y customer, and we are responsible for all the products and services (such as onboarding, KYC, identity and etc.) that make this happen.Responsibilities:Prepare artifacts for development: use cases, functional and non-functional requirements, process diagramsMaintain high-quality project and software design documentation and analysisIntegrate research, team ideas, and feedback into solution requirementsParticipate in grooming sessions and facilitate discussions to identify technical solutionsIdentify various possible business scenarios and document themAnalyze root causes of business issues and develop appropriate resolutionsUtilize feedback to improve work and build on previous learningsContribute to the development of a product roadmapCreate and define tasks based on requirements and ensure they are properly aligned with project objectivesAct as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clarity and alignment on project goalsRequirements3+ years experience as a Business/system analyst is requiredBackend experience is essentialExperience in integration analytics, understanding of client-server interaction fundamentals, principles of web service operation, and comprehension of API, REST, OpenAPI terminologiesUnderstanding of databases, and independent creation of SQL queries is requiredExperienced in creating detailed system specifications, diagrams, and flowchartsProficient in creating comprehensive technical documentationEnglish proficiency at B2 level or above is required; Russian is a plus.Excellent verbal and written communicationStrong collaboration and teamwork abilitiesGood understanding of agile methodologiesStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsGood facilitator — able to drive requirement sessions, ask the right questions, and align stakeholdersComfortable with ambiguity and able to bring structure to loosely defined problemsOur BenefitsCompetitive compensation package.21 days off and 10 sick leaves annually.Originally posted on Himalayas
