This is a full-time role built for someone who thrives on recurring structure, catches errors before they become problems, and can support a busy owner and property manager without constant direction. You will be the operational backbone — keeping the books clean, the tasks on schedule, and leadership organized.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable & Transaction PostingEnter and code AP into the expense approval system by property and categoryPost all transactions accurately and on time into ResManMaintain a clean, audit-ready ledger at all timesCredit Card ReconciliationPull, review, and reconcile all credit card transactions against receiptsProactively resolve discrepancies and missing documentation before month-endPost reconciled transactions into ResManRecurring Operational TasksRun the utility bill-back process in ResMan per schedulePrepare and export delinquency sheets to SmartsheetProcess deposit reconciliations and payment correctionsManage ongoing marketing tasks: Craigslist listings, Facebook group posts, and Locator outreach emailsBusiness Operations & Administrative SupportServe as a key operational support to the Owner, managing scheduling, follow-ups, and action itemsSupport the Property Manager with day-to-day operational needsKeep shared systems (Drive, Smartsheet, email) organized and up to dateRequired QualificationsBookkeeping experience in property management, real estate, or a similarly structured operational environment (non-negotiable)Proficiency in ResMan or comparable property management softwareStrong AP, reconciliation, and general ledger skills with a zero-error mindsetComfortable functioning in a business operations capacity — responsive, organized, and trustworthy with sensitive informationExcellent written and spoken English; able to communicate clearly with ownership and vendorsMust have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Smartsheet, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies.
