Job Title: Brand & Print Production DesignerPosition Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: EST Business HoursAbout the Role:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Brand & Print Production Designer to develop impactful brand and print materials for physical storefront and promotional use. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, print-ready designs while maintaining strong brand consistency.The ideal candidate has experience in branding, print production, and large-format design, and understands how to prepare professional files for vendors and printers.Responsibilities:Brand & Visual Identity Develop and maintain cohesive branding and visual identity systems. Ensure consistency across all physical marketing materials. Create custom illustrations and graphic elements when needed. Print & Production Design storefront window graphics and large-format visuals. Create print-ready materials such as flyers, postcards, signage, stickers, and packaging. Prepare accurate production files and coordinate with vendors/printers. Collaboration Work closely with internal stakeholders to execute creative direction. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. What Makes You a Strong Fit: Strong understanding of branding and print production. Detail-oriented with excellent time management. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling skills. Required Experience & Skills: 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience. Strong portfolio showcasing branding, print, and large-format work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Solid knowledge of print production and file preparation. Experience working with printers/vendors. Professional working proficiency in Spanish. Illustration skills and basic video editing ability. Experience designing for retail or physical storefront environments. Comfortable using collaboration and project management tools. Nice to Have: Experience supporting short-form promotional video content. Familiarity with additional motion or design tools.
