Job Description
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to support a performance-driven digital marketing project focused on scalable growth and measurable business results. The role is suited for a specialist who can take ownership of paid media activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams involved in the project.You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on data, performance metrics, and continuous optimization.Key Responsibilities:Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Reddit Ads, and YouTubeMonitor daily campaign performance, identifying trends and optimization opportunitiesOptimize budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, and creatives to maximize ROAS while meeting CPA targetsRun A/B tests on ads, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign efficiencyBuild and maintain performance dashboards using Looker Studio or Google SheetsPrepare weekly and monthly performance reports and communicate insights to stakeholdersAnalyze campaign performance against key KPIs, including CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and CACEnsure accurate tracking and reporting of leads generated through paid campaignsAlign paid media performance with sales and revenue objectives in collaboration with relevant teamsSupport LinkedIn paid activities by boosting posts, managing campaign timelines, and optimizing post performanceCoordinate with content teams to ensure paid campaigns align with content strategyRequirements:Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid mediaActive Google Ads certification (Search, Display, or Shopping)Active LinkedIn Ads certificationStrong practical knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and similar advertising platformsSolid understanding of campaign structures, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative optimizationProven ability to analyze performance data and make data-driven optimization decisionsNice to Have:Certifications in Microsoft Ads, Meta Blueprint, or YouTube AdsExperience with Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and conversion trackingFamiliarity with CRM systems and lead pipeline reportingFamiliarity with marketing automation platformsExperience managing large advertising budgets ($50K+ monthly spend)Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, CRO principles, and attribution modelsBackground in e-commerce or B2B lead generationWhat We Offer:Remote work modelParticipation in a performance-focused digital marketing projectResponsibility and ownership over paid media execution and optimizationCollaboration with experienced stakeholders across marketing, content, and salesAccess to professional performance marketing tools and advertising platformsEnvironment focused on data-driven decision-making and continuous optimizationIf you are a Performance Marketing Specialist interested in working remotely on a data-driven marketing project and taking ownership of campaign performance, we encourage you to apply.Originally posted on Himalayas
