We are looking to onboard someone with experience in Taiwan listed Co corporate and commercial, listing rules, corporate finance with aweb3About your roleProvide legal support for corporate actions, including board matters, capital increases, and shareholder-related transactionsDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreementsHandle securities law compliance and regulatory filingsSupport venture fund management, including fund structuring, documentation, and compliance mattersAssist in M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and executionIndependently manage and lead meetings with external counterparties, including law firms, regulators, investors, and other stakeholdersMonitor and advise on developments in financial regulations and compliance requirementsWhat you will need to succeedBachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); advanced degree (LL.M.) is a plusMinimum 5+ years of legal experience, preferably in financial services, capital markets, or corporate lawYou will be LPA / FLAA qualifiedSolid knowledge of financial laws, securities regulations, and corporate governanceExperience in venture capital / financial companies/ listed financial companies is preferredPrior exposure to cryptocurrency, blockchain, or digital assets is an advantageProven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to engage directly with external stakeholders and regulatorsFluent in English and ChineseHow to ApplyInterested parties, please send your CV directly to y@kingdeux.com or apply directly.Please note that only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.Originally posted on Himalayas
