AI-Native Project Manager

**About the Role** We're a fast\-moving team building at the intersection of technology and data\-driven decision\-making. We're looking for a sharp, self\-directed Project Manager who thrives in async environments, embraces AI tooling as a force multiplier, and has a track record of delivering against real deadlines. This is a part\-time, flexible engagement — built for the right operator, not a traditional 9\-to\-5\. **What You'll Do** * Own and drive project timelines, milestones, and deliverables from kickoff to completion * Coordinate async across Slack and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Meet) * Manage and update Jira boards — sprints, epics, tickets, and blockers * Attend one weekly team sync and one short daily/weekly scrum stand\-up * Proactively surface risks, dependencies, and blockers before they become problems * Use AI tools and automation to reduce overhead and keep the team moving fast * Keep stakeholders aligned through clear written communication and status updates **What We're Looking For** * Proven experience managing software or product development projects end\-to\-end * Demonstrable success hitting milestones and timelines — you have receipts * Fluent in async\-first communication; you don't need a meeting to get answers * Hands\-on with Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace as daily operating tools * Comfortable with AI\-powered workflows — you use AI to work smarter, not as a gimmick * Strong written communicator who can turn chaos into clear, concise updates * Self\-managed and accountable; you own your workload without micromanagement **Bonus Points** *Experience in any of the following areas is a genuine plus — not a requirement:* * Specialized AI platforms, agent frameworks, or LLM\-based product development * Sports betting, wagering technology, or regulated gaming environments * Fintech, payments, or financial data products **Engagement \& Structure** **Commitment** Part\-time, flexible hours — results over time\-in\-seat **Schedule** Fully async with 1 weekly team call \+ 1 brief scrum **Tools** Slack · Jira · Google Workspace · AI platforms **Location** Fully remote **Compensation** Competitive; commensurate with experience Pay: $1,500\.00 \- $2,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote
