Job Description
**Job Overview**
We are seeking a detail\-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Specialist to support the growth and efficiency of our commercial team in the agricultural biologicals industry.
This role will help optimize sales processes, maintain CRM and reporting systems, assist the leadership team, and provide insights that improve commercial performance.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with excellent communication and organizational abilities and is comfortable working in a fast\-paced, entrepreneurial environment focused on sustainable agriculture with an innovative biological solution.
Our company develops and markets EnSoil Algae, a live\-cell green algae product designed to support soil health, crop performance, reduction of synthetic inputs, and sustainable practices.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support the day\-to\-day operational needs of the sales team.
* Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM system, customer databases, and sales reporting tools.
* Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and dashboards in the HubSpot CRM.
* Assist leadership with forecasting, booking and revenue accuracy/tracking.
* Analyze sales performance trends, customer activity, forecasting data.
* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across sales platforms.
* Assist with territory alignment, account assignments in HubSpot, and pipeline management support for the sales team.
* Collaborate with Tech Support to assist in the configuration of the HubSpot CRM and SoS Inventory as needed. Shopify Store events are also a part of collaboration and tracking duties. Duties also include training new sales personnel in the tasks needed to manage the sales pipeline, creating deals, and placing orders in the HubSpot CRM.
* Support company’s reseller partners by organizing and leading onboarding calls for newly signed reseller partners. Other tasks include sending new and existing reseller partners sales collateral, product information sheets, and customized sales material as needed.
* Handle all customer questions, inquiries, and leads through the company website, telephone number, email, and social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
* Direct outreach calls and sales leads to appropriate ESC employees as needed and diligently enter all relevant and required lead information into the CRM.
* Manage all tasks related to the collection of eSignatures in Panda Doc on all new agreements executed.
* Assist the Head of Sales and the CEO by supporting assigned special assignments and projects.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree required.
* 2\+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, business analytics, or commercial operations
* 2\+ years of relevant experience in customer services
* Knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Shopify and SoS Inventory Software
* Strong Excel and data analysis skills
**Required Skills/Abilities:**
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven negotiation skill
