This role requires management of business stakeholders and coordinate technical internal and external teams to integrate AI capabilities into workflows, automate processes, and enable data-driven decision-making.The focus is on practical application of AI, managing the and delivering high-impact solutions that optimize productivity, streamline operations, and enhance user experiences with a strong emphasis on AI-powered automation to transform repetitive tasks into intelligent, self-optimizing processes. In addition, the role requires a solid understanding of modern data architecture principles, ensuring that AI-driven use cases are built on a reliable, scalable, and well-structured data foundation.This includes designing solutions that align with enterprise data models and governance policies.What You Will DoStakeholders Management for AI projects and deliverables from paper to product. Be able communicate complex, difficult concepts , solutions to facilitate management review and approval.Manage contractors and consultants: Manage contractors’ deliverables for project relates milestones. Provide long term service strategies proposal for AI-Automation initiativesDesign and implement: AI solutions using MS AI Studio, Azure OpenAI, and other tools to automate and enhance business processes within enterprise apps (E.g. Outsystems) and SAP ERP systems like S4 Hana, Ariba or other ones like Supplyon, Ivalua etc.Develop: Intelligent process automation solutions, including document processing, natural language interaction, and predictive analytics.Collaborate with data architects: Align AI solutions with enterprise data architecture and governance standards.Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders, peers and cross functional resources to identify and prioritize AI-driven automation and enhancement opportunities based on key business objectives.Review existing Landscape: Assess existing data landscapes to identify opportunities for AI-driven use cases leveraging well-structured data.Quality Assurance: Conduct testing, validation, and performance tuning to ensure robust and reliable AI-enabled applications.Training: Provide training and knowledge sharing to business and technical users on AI capabilities and best practices.Documentation: Documenting system architecture of solutions or technical application landscape.What You Need to Be SuccessfulA degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI Engineering, or equivalent experience.8+ years of experience in AI solution development, including Microsoft AI and Azure services.Hands-on experience with Azure Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and related AI/ML tools.Experience with data processing, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted workflows.Strong understanding of enterprise integration (APIs, REST/SOAP) and automation frameworks.Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP ECC or S4 Hana, BTP and Low / No Code integrations.Understanding of modern data architecture concepts, including data lakes, data warehouses, and integration patterns.Ability to evaluate and leverage existing enterprise data structures to enable optimal AI-driven use cases.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment.Bonus Points if You Have Familiarity with SAP platformsPractical experience on Low / No Code integrations based on Out systems.Practical experience with MS Fabric Platform and a LLM languagesExperience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and AI Builder.What Makes You EligibleWilling to work from a US Harman office or remote home office in the USSuccessfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employmentWhat We Offer Flexible work environment, allowing for full-time remote work globally for positions that can be performed outside a HARMAN or customer locationAccess to employee discounts on world-class Harman and Samsung products (JBL, HARMAN Kardon, AKG, etc.)Extensive training opportunities through our own HARMAN UniversityCompetitive wellness benefitsTuition reimbursement“Be Brilliant” employee recognition and rewards programSalary Ranges:$ 125,250 - $ 183,700HARMAN is proud to be an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
