Job Description
**Telemarketing Executive – Customer Engagement and Data Management**
**Job Title:** Telemarketing Executive
**Location:** Remote (applicants can be based anywhere in the world)
**Job Type:** Full\-Time
**Working Hours:** 4 day week \- Monday to Thursday 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM with 30 minute lunch break. (28 hours per week)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated **Telemarketing Executive** to engage with clients, update CRM records, and promote our services. This role presents excellent career growth opportunities, including the potential to lead a telemarketing team in the future.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Client Engagement \& Data Management**
* Contact existing clients who have not scheduled a collection in over six months via phone and email.
* Verify and update company details in **Dynamics 365 CRM** to maintain accuracy.
* Identify and confirm the key decision maker responsible for IT and electronic recycling within each company.
**Appointment Scheduling**
* Engage with clients to understand their service needs and interest in our solutions.
* If a client requests further details, send a professional follow\-up email outlining our services.
* If a collection is requested:
* Complete our **online collection form** during the call.
* Ensure all necessary information is accurately recorded for seamless service scheduling.
* Maintain up\-to\-date CRM records following every interaction.
**Service Promotion \& Feedback Collection**
* Effectively explain and promote our **IT and electrical recycling** and **secure asset disposal** services.
* Gather and document client feedback, identifying additional service needs or improvement opportunities.
**Future Growth \& Leadership**
* Show leadership potential with opportunities to build and manage a telemarketing team.
* Contribute to refining telemarketing strategies and improving processes.
**Candidate Requirements**
* **Fluent in British English** with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proven experience in **telemarketing, customer service, or sales**.
* Strong **organizational skills** for managing follow\-ups and ensuring timely task completion.
* Experience using **CRM systems (preferably Dynamics 365\)** with keen attention to detail.
* Confident in handling objections and effectively conveying service benefits.
* Skilled in completing online forms and real\-time data entry during calls.
* Self\-motivated and comfortable working **remotely**.
* A passion for **sustainability and ethical recycling** is advantageous.
