**Duties**
* Provide prompt and professional technical support to users via phone, email, or remote access tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and software applications including Microsoft Office.
* Manage user accounts and permissions within various IT infrastructure components like Active Directory, VPNs, firewalls, and LAN configurations.
* Assist with computer management tasks such as installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
* Support network connectivity issues involving LANs, Wi\-Fi, VPN access, and firewall settings to ensure secure and reliable communication.
* Document incidents and resolutions accurately in help desk ticketing systems like BMC Remedy or ServiceNow for tracking and reporting purposes.
* Collaborate with team members on complex issues involving software troubleshooting, network problems, or hardware failures to deliver comprehensive solutions.
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in technical support or desktop support roles with a strong understanding of operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
* Familiarity with computer networking concepts such as LAN setup, VPN configuration, firewalls, and network security protocols.
* Proficiency in managing computer hardware components and troubleshooting related issues effectively.
* Knowledge of common enterprise tools like Jira, ServiceNow, BMC Remedy for incident management and ticket tracking.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non\-technical users.
* Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
