AI & Technology Trainer

This is a remote position.AI & Technology TrainerWe are seeking an AI & Technology Trainer to deliver hands-on training and enablement for AI-driven applications, data platforms, and business tools. This role will work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of solutions built across AWS, Azure, Tableau, Power BI, and DealCloud CRM.This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to translate complex concepts into practical, user-friendly training.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver live training sessions (virtual and onsite) for clients and internal users on AI-driven tools and platformsDevelop and maintain training materials, including user guides, presentations, and recorded sessionsTranslate technical functionality into clear, business-friendly instructionPartner with product, engineering, and data teams to stay current on new features and capabilitiesSupport client onboarding and adoption of new systems and workflowsProvide post-training support, answering user questions and reinforcing learningCustomize training content based on client use cases and business needsAssist in building training programs and enablement strategies for AI solutionsGather feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness and user adoptionSupport rollout of tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and DealCloud CRM RequirementsRequired Qualifications3–6 years of experience in technical training, software training, or client enablement rolesExperience delivering client-facing training sessions or workshopsStrong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical conceptsExperience working with data tools or business applications (Tableau, Power BI, CRM systems, etc.)Ability to manage multiple training sessions and stakeholders simultaneouslyComfortable presenting to groups and executivesKey Traits for SuccessStrong presenter with confidence in client-facing environmentsAbility to bridge technical concepts and business usersAdaptable and able to tailor training to different audiencesOrganized and able to manage multiple engagementsPassion for helping users successfully adopt new technology Originally posted on Himalayas
