Junior Specialist (m/w/d), E-Commerce Operations

We are looking for a results-driven Junior E-Commerce Specialist (m/w/d) to join our D2C team in Germany. In this role, you will own e-commerce operations, lead the Shopify migration, and drive online revenue growth while enhancing the customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to our digital strategy in the German market.ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify) to ensure a seamless customer journeyLead the Shopify migration project, including coordination of testing and UATDrive online marketing initiatives in collaboration with SEO, SEA, and CRM teamsAnalyse website performance and sales data to identify growth opportunitiesCoordinate with internal teams on product listings, inventory, and order fulfilmentConduct market and competitor analysis in the German e-commerce landscapeEnsure compliance with German e-commerce regulations (e.g. GDPR)Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholdersProfileDegree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related fieldRelevant experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, ideally in GermanyStrong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital toolsAnalytical mindset and experience with web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics)Fluent in German and EnglishStructured, hands-on, and team-oriented working styleAdditional InformationAt resmed, all employees benefit from a bonus plan, the percentage of which depends on the position within the organization.
