We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic team member to join our team and support future pet owners on their journey to finding their new best friend. **HonestPet \| Sales Team** HonestPet is looking for a highly organized, proactive **Sales Success Specialist** to support our top\-performing Sales Reps and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is for someone who **loves getting things done, follows through relentlessly, and takes pride in making sure nothing falls through the cracks.** **What You'll Do** You'll support customers both immediately before and after a puppy purchase, including: * Coordinate updated puppy pictures and videos * Coordinate Virtual Meet \& Greets * Gather puppy updates, weights, breeder information, and requested documentation * Manage customer follow\-ups and outstanding requests * Support payment, paperwork, pickup, and transportation coordination * Coordinate post\-purchase next steps * Keep CRM records and internal teams organized and up to date * Track open items and own them through completion * Make sure promises made to customers are fulfilled quickly and accurately **Who We're Looking For** You are someone who: * Is **hyper\-organized** and naturally keeps track of details * Has exceptional **follow\-up and follow\-through** * Is obsessed with **getting things done — and getting them done well** * Is highly accurate and efficient with **data entry and CRM management** * Takes complete ownership of tasks from start to finish * Doesn't need to be reminded or chased * Is proactive and notices what needs to happen next * Moves quickly without sacrificing accuracy * Communicates clearly and professionally * Can manage multiple customers, requests, and priorities at once * Enjoys being the person everyone can count on * Thrives in a fast\-paced, high\-performance sales environment * Has a genuine desire to create an exceptional customer experience **What Success Looks Like** **Nothing falls through the cracks.** Our Sales Reps have more time to sell, customers receive fast and thoughtful support, and every task you take on gets carried through to completion.
