This role is crucial for optimizing the customer experience, fostering continuous financial progress, increasing customer satisfaction, and improving cure rates, all while mitigating late payments and reducing charge-off risk. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker capable of leveraging the payments journey in innovative ways.As a member of our product team, you will be immersed in a culture of continuous discovery, testing, and learning. Your primary responsibilities will include shaping the product roadmap and delivering impactful results. You will work closely with various teams throughout the organization, including Customer Operations (Servicing, Collections, Fraud), Engineering, Data, and Customer Insights, to gain insights into priorities, universal capability needs, and competitive advantages. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the fintech industry or payments / collections spaceCompensationAnnual full-time starting base salary range: $125,000 - $153,000This role is eligible for additional compensation in the forms of participation in our annual incentive and equity programs. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
