We are building the future, and we need you to help shape it.Who We're Looking ForWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Chargeback Analyst who can investigate disputes, synthesize evidence across multiple systems, and build clear, compelling representment cases.This role is responsible for reviewing chargeback cases end-to-end, identifying fraud patterns, and maximizing revenue recovery for merchants. The ideal candidate has strong critical thinking skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to work with structured data and customer interactions.Your ArenaAs a Chargeback Analyst, you will manage the full lifecycle of chargeback disputes.Your responsibilities include:Review and manage chargeback cases, ensuring timely and accurate submissions aligned with reason codesInvestigate transactions using multiple data sources and compile compelling evidence for representmentsPrepare clear rebuttal letters and submit disputes via PSPs and internal toolsTrack case status, maintain accurate documentation, and generate reports on outcomes and trendsAnalyze chargeback patterns to identify fraud, root causes, and areas for preventionCollaborate with internal teams and support clients in resolving disputes and gathering evidenceRecommend process improvements to reduce future chargebacks and improve win ratesEnsure compliance with card network rules, internal policies, and data confidentiality standardsWhat It TakesEducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field preferred.ExperienceExperience in chargebacks, payments, fraud analysis, customer support, or operations preferredExperience working with dispute platforms or payment processors is a plusSkillsStrong analytical and investigative mindsetExcellent written English and ability to create structured, professional documentationAbility to interpret and apply policies to real scenariosHigh attention to detail and accuracy under deadlinesAbility to work across multiple tools and synthesize information quicklyNice to HaveFamiliarity with payment processors such as Stripe, Adyen, or PayPalUnderstanding of card network rules and reason codesExperience in eCommerce, fintech, or fraud preventionExposure to CRM tools and customer support workflowsOur StoryChargeflow is a leading force in fintech innovation, tackling the pervasive issue of chargeback fraud that undermines online businesses.
