**About Atomic Jolt**Atomic Jolt builds LMS\-integrated tools for K\-12, higher education, and publishers. Our products (Atomic Assessments, Atomic Search, Atomic CAT, Atomic Journals, Atomic Discussions, Atomic Polls, and Atomic Author) plug directly into Canvas and Brightspace (D2L) to improve assessments, course search, curriculum analysis, and more. **Position Overview**We're hiring a Senior Marketing Manager to lead Atomic Jolt's marketing strategy and execution, starting fractional (20\-30 hrs/week) and transitioning to full\-time within 3\-6 months based on mutual fit and results. You'll own campaigns, content, and demand generation, partner closely with product and sales, and design a tiered purchasing experience that makes it easy for customers to try, buy, and grow with us. A full\-time Virtual Assistant supports this role. During the fractional phase you'll immerse yourself in our products, audit existing marketing infrastructure, and begin delivering results. As the role grows to full\-time, you'll take complete ownership of marketing strategy, reporting, and team development. **Key Responsibilities** **Tiered Purchasing Design and Go\-to\-Market** * Design and implement a tiered buying experience * Build upsell and expansion paths that move free trial users to paid, and self\-serve customers to enterprise. * Partner with product and sales on pricing, packaging, upgrade prompts, and lifecycle messaging that drives tier progression. **Marketing Strategy and Content** * Own marketing strategy, content calendar, KPIs, and pipeline reporting. * Lead multi\-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, webinars, blogs, and social. * Edit and quality\-control all marketing content for brand consistency and accuracy. **Product Expertise, Demos, and Market Research** * Develop deep, hands\-on familiarity with every Atomic Jolt product. * Create subject\-specific demo videos and walkthroughs for education administrators and leaders. * Track trends, competitors, and customer needs across K\-12, higher ed, and publishers to inform positioning and new product development. **Collaboration, Customer Feedback, and Tech** * Bridge marketing and product teams, feeding customer insight into the roadmap and coordinating launches. * Run feedback loops with prospective and existing customers to inform messaging and product direction. * Own HubSpot (workflows, sequencing, lead scoring, attribution, dashboards) and integrate the broader marketing stack for end\-to\-end tracking. * Use AI automation and tools to accelerate content, research, and campaign execution. **Required Qualifications** * 5\-8 years of marketing experience, including leadership or senior individual contributor work. * 3\+ years experience in the education space (6\-12, higher ed, and/or publishers), particularly LMS admin, learning technology, and other decision\-makers. * Proven experience designing or managing tiered SaaS buying motions (free trial, self\-serve, and enterpri
