Hiring: **Customer Support Specialist \& Customer Support Lead** Join a fast\-growing technology company building an innovative **hardware \+ software** product powered by AI. **We're hiring for two roles:** **Customer Support Specialist (Entry\-Level), EXP: 0 \-3 yrs** **Customer Support Lead (Leadership Role), Exp : 3\+ yrs** **Job Type : Full Time, Remote** **What You'll Do:** * Support customers via email and chat * Troubleshoot device, app, sync, account, billing, and connectivity issues * Improve help center content and AI\-powered support experiences * Drive excellent customer outcomes and high CSAT scores * Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams **What We're Looking For:** * Strong communication and problem\-solving skills * Experience in customer support, technical support, SaaS, consumer tech, or hardware products * Comfortable using AI tools and troubleshooting technical issues * Detail\-oriented, customer\-focused, and able to thrive in a fast\-paced environment * Leadership candidates should have experience managing support teams and scaling support operations Remote / Distributed Team Competitive Compensation Growth opportunities and high ownership * Interested or know someone who might be a fit?
