Job Description
We are seeking a customer\-focused and detail\-oriented Remote Live Chat Support Agent / Specialist to provide exceptional online customer service through live chat. In this work\-from\-home role, you will assist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, processing requests, and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate has excellent written communication skills, strong problem\-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
### **Responsibilities**
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries through live chat and messaging platforms.
* Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and company policies.
* Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues and offering appropriate solutions.
* Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
* Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
* Process orders, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and account updates.
* Follow established customer service standards and company procedures.
* Meet or exceed productivity, response time, and customer satisfaction goals.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer support processes.
* Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
### **Qualifications**
* Previous customer service, live chat, call center, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
* Excellent written communication, grammar, and typing skills.
* Strong problem\-solving and multitasking abilities.
* Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
* Ability to learn new software and customer support platforms quickly.
* Self\-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
