We passionately ensure that the journey of their loved ones are handled with the utmost care, dignity, and respect—bridging the distance so families can gather in remembrance and celebration. **Responsibilities:** * Interact with clients via voice, email, and chat channels. * Demonstrate a passion for finding the right logistics solution or path to resolution on the first interaction. * Follow\-up with customer inquiries by taking specific action in a timely manner. * Accurately enter and maintain customer and shipment information within proprietary logistics software. * Appropriately communicate with upset clients to resolve their inquiries or concerns. * Thrive as a team player in a fast\-paced, high\-energy, change\-oriented environment. * Participate in on\-call rotation (currently once per quarter). * Be an active contributor to a great company culture. * Perform other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned. **Qualifications:** * High School Diploma or equivalent * 3\+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center * Remote contact center experience strongly preferred * Proficient with use of a computer and Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable learning new software * Strong proficiency in data entry with high accuracy * Understand computations of basic math * Strong geography skills * Enjoy working as part of a team, as well as independently * Strong interpersonal communication skills, with capacity to establish rapport with clients and colleagues * Ability to meet deadlines while ensuring consistency and accuracy in deliverables * Proven experience in empathetic customer issue resolution and problem\-solving * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Highly organized, detail\-oriented self\-starter with strong problem\-solving skills * Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information * Will consider candidate with equivalent combination related experience **Work From Home Requirements:** * A dedicated, quiet workspace is required * Maintain a professional and distraction\-free remote work environment during scheduled hours * High\-Speed Internet is required; Proof
