We are rapidly growing and looking for additional passionate and talented employees to join our team and partner with our customers who are doing dramatic work focused on improving the human condition.How will you make an impact?The Marcom Specialist supports the execution of integrated marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads. This role is responsible for coordinating digital and traditional marketing initiatives, developing marketing collateral, and tracking performance metrics to improve effectiveness.
The position works closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and successful campaign execution across all channels. What will you do?Campaign ManagementSupport development, execution, and monitoring of integrated marketing campaignsTrack and report campaign performance metricsManage LinkedIn page posting and engagementBuild targeted prospect lists and execute outbound email campaigns (Pardot, MailChimp)Track digital engagement and site performanceMarcomDevelop and coordinate collateral and promotional materials with agency partnersOrganize SEO content updates and blog managementSupport tradeshow logistics and event coordinationWebsite and Digital Platform ManagementOperational and Administrative SupportManage marketing expense tracking and submissionOversee SWAG inventory and orderingMaintain SharePoint and publish content for internal useMeasures of SuccessOn-time execution of marketing initiativesAccuracy and effectiveness of marketing communicationsOperational efficiency and budget adherence
How will you get rewarded?Compensation and BenefitsSalary range of $65,000- $87,000 annually
