Meta Ads Coach

We are seeking an experienced Meta Ads Coach to guide our clients through launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. This role includes leading weekly coaching calls, reviewing client accounts and analytics, providing clear campaign recommendations, and offering Monday–Friday chat support. The ideal candidate can make Meta advertising easy to understand for beginners while confidently supporting clients with campaign structure, audience targeting, creative testing, budgets, tracking, and performance optimization. Responsibilities: * Lead weekly small\-group coaching calls * Help clients correctly set up and launch Meta campaigns * Review analytics and identify opportunities for improvement * Advise on targeting, creatives, budgets, testing, and scaling * Troubleshoot campaign, tracking, and account issues * Provide responsive Monday–Friday chat support * Set realistic expectations and communicate clearly with clients * Stay current on Meta advertising policies and platform updates Ideal Candidate: * Has proven experience managing successful Meta ad campaigns * Understands both lead\-generation and e\-commerce advertising * Can confidently interpret data and make strategic recommendations * Is patient, professional, responsive, and comfortable teaching beginners * Has strong communication and client\-support skills * Can simplify complex advertising concepts without overwhelming clients This is a coaching and strategy position. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, hands\-on, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping clients understand their advertising and make informed decisions.
