You’ll partner with cross-functional teams—from marketing to product to operations—to uncover trends, forecast outcomes, and influence decision-making at the highest level. You’ll also mentor and coach a team of analysts to help them grow their technical and business acumen.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development and execution of analytical frameworks to support business goalsCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into data projectsDesign and maintain dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics modelsMentor junior analysts and ensure high standards in data quality and storytellingRecommend process improvements based on data-driven insightsStay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practicesQualifications:3+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence roleStrong command of SQL and Python/R for analysis and modelingHands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or LookerProven track record of leading projects and teamsExcellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholdersTools & TechnologyPython, SQL, or ScalaApache Airflow, dbt, or equivalent pipeline orchestration toolsSnowflake, BigQuery, or RedshiftAWS, GCP, or AzureKafka or Spark (advantageous)Google WorkspaceSlack, Zoom, Jira, and other remote collaboration toolsPlease NOTEIt is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
